Faculty first
We do not replace the professor. We put the professor in command of the AI their students learn with.
Mizain restores balance to education in the AI era: infinite AI adaptability for the student, governed by architectural control for the faculty, anchored in verifiable evidence.
Our mission is to put faculty in command of the AI their students learn with, and to make the learning process visible as evidence.
We do not replace the professor. We put the professor in command of the AI their students learn with.
An answer to outsourced thinking that produces evidence, not surveillance. We measure the work, not the person.
We prepare students to use AI well instead of trying to catch them using it: when to use it, how to check it, and how to show their own reasoning, inside rules faculty set.
The name derives from the Arabic word ميزان "mizaan", the balance: infinite AI adaptability for the student, governed by architectural control for the faculty, anchored in verifiable evidence.
Ryan Stewart, Founder and CEO of Mizain
Our vision is a university where AI strengthens learning instead of hiding it. Today students learn with AI that sits outside the course, faculty see only the finished work, and detection tools guess after the fact. Mizain brings AI inside the lesson, on the university's terms.
For faculty, that means command: they decide how AI takes part in each activity, see how each student worked with it, and attest the evidence before anything consequential is recorded.
For students, it means practice in the judgment the AI-era workplace asks for: when to use AI, how to check it, and how to show their own reasoning.
For the university, it means a chain of evidence for every lesson, with student data kept under its control, no model trained on student work, and a record the faculty member attests and the student keeps.
